Description

LS-T100 forklift anti-collision system is a safety distance measurement systemindependently developed based on UWB technology, the accuracy can reach thecentimeterlevel, and the forklift accident can be effectively prevented through accuratedistancemeasurement and pre-alert. In specific applications, when the distance between vehiclesandvehicles between pedestrians is less than the set minimum value, the alarms andtagsconnected to the base station will send out alarms in real time to prevent collision accidents.

Base Station

The base station sends and receives the signal of the tag, and calculates the distance between the vehicles and the distance between the vehicle and the pedestrian by measuring the flight time of the UWB signal between the base station and the tag. When the distance is less than the set minimum data, the buzzer and the warning light will provide an alarm in real-time.

The tag is a professional-grade high-precision positioning tag that broadcasts UWBsignalsregularly,and uses the built-in UWB module to realize two-way information transmission with thebasestation.When the distance between the tag and the base station is less than the set minimumvalue, thespeakerand vibrator on the tag will send out an alarm and remind in real time.

System Function

Working condition 1: Leave the safety area and provide warning

When the base station sets a safety area of 0.5m (the safety area range can be set freely), human or vehicles carrying tags in the safety area within 0.5m from the base station will not trigger the alarm. When the tag leaves the safety area, the device will alarm, and when it returns to the safety area, the alarm will be automatically off.

Working condition 2: Collision warning between vehicles

The two or more vehicles are installed base station. When the distance between vehicles is less than the set alarm distance, the base station will provide an audible and visual alarm. After leaving the alarm area or keeping a certain distance, the alarm will be automatically off.

Working condition 3: Warning between Pedestrians and vehicles

When pedestrians walk freely with tags, when they approach the area where the anti-collision alarm base station is installed, both the base station and the tag will provide an alarm at the same time, and will give an audible and visual alarm. After leaving the alarm area or keeping a certain distance, the alarm will be automatically off.

Warning mode of base station

The horn warning is divided into three levels：

Level 1: The warning area is 50~100 meters, and the English voice (dangerous) will broadcast, and the alarm light is always on;

Level 2: The alarm area is 5~50 meters, and the English voice will broadcast (dangerous in the blind area), and the alarm light flashes at 2Hz;

Level 3: The danger zone is 0.5~5 meters, and the English voice will broadcast (the big car is dangerous, please stay away), and the alarm light flashes at 4Hz;

The safety zone is 0~0.5 meters, no alarm, and the alarm light OFF.
